SETTE-NA

Branding & Menu Design

Sette-Na is a conceptual Italian-Japanese seafood restaurant inspired by itameshi—the Japanese version of Italian cuisine. The menu centers around seven types of fish, a nod to the Italian-American tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes. This theme carries through the brand identity, with seven fish forming the restaurant’s logo in the style of a traditional Japanese kamon—a family crest symbol. To convey themes of family and togetherness, Japanese patterns are paired with layouts inspired by Italian Scopa cards, which are often played at family gatherings. A refined, minimal color palette and clean visual style reflect the restaurant’s upscale environment.
